The 2024 Annual Meeting was held in Boston, MA, and hosted by Brandeis and Suffolk, June 10-11.

The 2022 Annual Meeting was held in Ann Arbor, and hosted by the University of Michigan from June 2-4, 2022

The 2021 Annual Meeting was held virtually from 8-10, 2021
The 2019 Annual Meeting was held in Chicago, and hosted by University of Chicago from May 30-31, 2019
The 2018 Annual Meeting was held in Atlanta, and hosted by Georgia Tech from June 22-23, 2018
The 2017 Annual Meeting was held in Los Angeles, and hosted by USC & UCLA from June 21-23, 2017
The 2020 Annual Meeting was held virtually, and hosted by University of Virginia from July 15-17, 2020
The 2016 Annual Meeting was held in Boston, and hosted by MIT on June 15

The 2015 Annual Meeting was held in Pittsburgh, and hosted by University of Pittsburgh on June 4-5
The 2014 Annual Meeting was held in Boston, June 2-3
The 2012 Annual Meeting was held in Ann Arbor, and hosted by University of Michigan, June 18-20

  • 2011 Annual Meeting was held in Philadelphia, and hosted by University of Pennsylvania, March 11-12
  • 2009 Annual Meeting was held in Princeton, and hosted by Princeton University, November 13-14
  • 2008 Annual Meeting was held in Bethlehem, and hosted by Lehigh University, June 12-13
  • 2007 Annual Meeting was held in Baltimore, and hosted by Johns Hopkins University, May 22-23

    • We began calling ourselves the Campus Arts Directors which we continued to use until November of 2009 when we selected the name Arts Administrators in Higher Education.

    In March 2006 Eric Beatty (Johns Hopkins), Ty Furman (U Penn at the time, now Boston University) and Jack Megan (Harvard) hosted the first gathering at Harvard. In attendance were arts staff from  Brandeis, Cal Tech, Dartmouth, Harvard, Johns Hopkins, MIT, U Penn and UVA.
