Established in 2021, the AAHE Mentorship Program brings together arts administrators with diverse levels of experience to support each other, encourage career development, create connections across and beyond AAHE membership, and professionalize the field of arts administration.<\/p>\n
AAHE members who apply to serve as mentors or mentees are matched with a colleague from another campus based on their needs, interests, and experience. Pairs connect monthly to discuss a variety of issues in the field of arts administration and higher education, such as programming, artist commissions, marketing, fundraising, faculty collaboration, community partnerships, student engagement, anti-racism and DEIissues, professional development, and more.<\/p>\n
The program offers a rewarding and mutually beneficial experience for mentors and mentees!<\/p>\n
